Relay Fault
Y axis is lound and jerky and moves wrong.
A axis is erratic -works fine sometimes and then at othe times it will just sit and virrate.
Judgement Way:
Use new extra wires, instead of original wires. One end connects to wires from stepper motor and the other end connects to drivers directly.
In this way, the wire will skip the rotary and relay. If works well after testing in this way, then we judge either the wire or the relay is damaged.
